Shipping Policy
2.1. Delivery Methods
We use two delivery methods:
- Customers purchase directly at our store
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Delivery Area
NIKOLAS supports nationwide delivery.
In cases of outbreaks of disease or force majeure events, the delivery area may change according to regulations of the state management agency.
Delivery Time
Delivery is available during business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as regulated by the State).
Delivery Method: Express Delivery - 2 to 5 business days (Delivery cost is shown at the order placement step)
Note: This is an estimated delivery time. This time may change due to unforeseen circumstances and you will be notified if necessary. Delivery time to districts, or special island districts and communes with specific regulations may be 1-3 days longer than the estimated delivery time.
Additionally, delivery may take longer, but only in the following force majeure situations:
β Our staff are unable to contact the customer by phone, therefore delivery cannot be made.
β The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
β A sudden surge in orders causes delays in order processing.
β Suppliers are slower than expected, causing delays in delivery, or the shipping partner is experiencing delays.
Note: In case of any delays in delivery, we will inform you promptly. Customers can choose between canceling or continuing to wait for their order.

Other notes on delivery and receipt:
Orders will be delivered to your home, except in cases such as: restricted access office areas, apartment/high-rise buildings (delivery only to the building entrance).
Due to the "sealed packaging" principle, shipping companies will not handle compensation claims if you agree to receive the goods and have signed the delivery receipt. Therefore, please carefully check the product packaging before confirming receipt. If the product packaging shows signs of damage (torn/dented/punctured/wet) and you suspect the goods inside have been damaged, please refuse to accept the goods and notify us.
Thank you Customers are advised to always record a video of the package during the unboxing process to preserve evidence of the packaging condition, for use in handling complaints (if any).

Shipping Fee Regulations
Shipping fees are calculated based on the distance between the warehouse or store and the delivery address, along with the weight of the product.
Details of the shipping fee for each order will be clearly shown on the order completion page after you enter your delivery address.
Responsibilities of the merchant/logistics service provider regarding the provision of goods documentation during delivery.
Obligations of the carrier
- Ensuring the complete and safe delivery of goods to the specified location. - Provide relevant documents and paperwork to the customer during the delivery process.
- Deliver the goods to the authorized recipient.
- Bear the costs related to the transportation of goods, unless otherwise agreed.
- Compensate the consignor for damages in case the carrier loses or damages the goods, unless otherwise agreed or stipulated by law.
Carrier's Rights
β Verify the authenticity of the goods, the bill of lading, or other equivalent shipping documents.
β Refuse to transport goods that do not conform to the type agreed upon in the contract.
β Require the consignor to pay the full transportation fee on time.
β Refuse to transport prohibited goods, dangerous goods, or toxic goods if the carrier...
Consignor's Obligations
All orders are pre-packaged and sealed before shipment. Nikolas
- Provide shipping documents and other relevant paperwork to the chosen carrier.
- Provide necessary information regarding the goods being transported to ensure their safety. Specifically: All order packages will include the following information:
- Recipient information, including: Recipient's name, phone number, and address.
- Order tracking number: To ensure the safety of the goods, Nikolas will include a valid invoice or delivery note for the product in the package.
- Pay the full shipping fee.
