1. Exchange Policy
The exchange policy applies to customers who purchase and pay for goods on the nikolas.vn website.
It does not apply to products reserved online or products purchased directly at NIKOLAS stores.

Exchange method: online exchange (via shipping company).

Exchange policy details:

Each product is eligible for one exchange only.

Exchanges are applicable to full-price and discounted products (up to 30% off) within 7 days. Exchanges are conducted for products of equivalent or higher value (customers pay the price difference). We will not refund the difference if the exchanged product is cheaper than the original purchase price.

Size exchanges (if applicable) are applicable for products discounted over 30% within 5 days. Only size exchanges are allowed, not model exchanges.

β€’ No returns are accepted.

β€’ No exchanges are accepted for the following products: Underwear, swimwear; Accessories (Hats, socks, scarves, jewelry, keychains, phone cases, shoecare, face masks); Perfume.

β€’ The above exchange/return deadlines are calculated from the date the customer receives the product as shown on the shipping company's system. Customers are requested to create an exchange/return request and return the product within the above timeframe.

All exchanged products must meet the following conditions:

β€’ Original labels and zip bags must be intact.

β€’ The original Hidden Tag hologram sticker must be intact and show no signs of scratching.

β€’ All returned/exchanged products must be in their original condition with all labels, packaging, and accessories (including product liner), along with the original purchase invoice from NIKOLAS's online website, warranty card, and accompanying bag, box, and gifts (if any).

β€’ We do not accept returns/exchanges for used, modified, washed/ironed, or damaged products, or products damaged during storage or transportation by the user. We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the product does not meet the return/exchange conditions.

β€’ In cases where the return/exchange is not due to a product defect or manufacturing fault, and is initiated by the customer, the customer will bear all shipping costs for the return/exchange and will be responsible for any risks associated with transporting the returned/exchanged products to NIKOLAS. NIKOLAS is not responsible for any loss or damage to products returned to us.

Return/Exchange Shipping Costs

If the fault is due to the manufacturer, Nikolas will bear all two-way shipping costs.

For customer-requested exchanges:

Within the city: 30 THB
Outside the city: 50 THB

For international shipping, the fee will be calculated based on the receiving country and the shipping company's price list. Customers will be informed of the cost before proceeding.

2. Refund Policy
Refund Period

You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product.

After this period, we will not accept refund requests.

Refund Conditions

Product defects due to manufacturer error: stitching defects, material defects, incorrect color/description.

Product damaged during shipping (with unboxing video proof).

Incorrect model, size, or product delivered compared to the order.

Cases where refunds are not applicable

Products that have been used, washed, or have perfume or cosmetic scents.

Products that are soiled, torn, or damaged by the user.

Products included in promotions/discounts

Accessories (such as hats, socks, belts, etc.) are only eligible for refunds if there is a manufacturing defect.

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Service via Hotline +8479.777.3737 within the specified time frame.

Step 2: Submit supporting documents (photos, unboxing videos, electronic order/receipt) to verify the product's condition.

Step 3: After confirming the product is eligible for a refund, we will guide you on how to return the product.

Step 4: The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the product.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, e-wallet, etc.).

For COD orders, please provide your bank account number to receive the refund.

Refund Costs

If the fault lies with the store (defective product, wrong item delivered): the store will bear all return shipping costs.

If the reason for the refund is due to a change of mind by the customer: the customer will bear the shipping costs and any other related expenses (if any).
