Inspection policy

Before receiving and paying for your order, you have the right to inspect the product. Trying out the product is not supported.

Please open the package to check that the order delivered matches the model and quantity ordered. Please provide a video of the unboxing process immediately upon receipt. The video must be continuous, unedited, and clearly show the product.

After agreeing to the delivered item, you will pay the delivery person (in the case of COD shipping) and receive your order.

If you are not satisfied with the product, you may refuse to accept it. In this case, we will charge an additional return fee, equivalent to the shipping cost of your order.

Note:

– When you inspect your order, the delivery person must wait for you to check the contents of the package. If our staff refuses to allow you to inspect the goods, please contact Nikolas via hotline: +8479.777.3737 for assistance.

– Please avoid using sharp objects to open the package to prevent damage to the product inside. For cases where the product is damaged due to customer error, Nikolas regrets that we cannot assist you with product exchange/return.
