Instructions for exchanging goods

In case you wish to exchange an item, please carefully read and understand NIKOLAS's Exchange Policy before proceeding with the exchange.

If the product meets the exchange criteria, please follow the instructions below to exchange the product:

Step 1: Create an Exchange Request

Customers can contact Customer Support for exchange assistance through one of the following methods:

Method 1: Submit information via the form on the Contact page on the website, select Exchange, fill in contact information and order number, and attach product images.

Method 2: Send an email to: 29decemm@gmail.com

Method 3: Contact directly via live chat on the website nikolas.club

Customer Support staff will receive the information and create an Exchange Request in the system.

Step 2: Return the product to be exchanged

If the exchange request is accepted, the Customer Support Department will send return instructions along with a Return Form to the customer's email address.

Return via shipping company: Customers print the Return Form and attach it to the package, then send it to the address detailed on the Return Form.

Customers will receive a confirmation email after the package has been received and processed by our staff.

Note on packaging:

We are not responsible for the integrity and completeness of the goods inside the package when customers send it via shipping service.

Customers need to pack carefully to ensure that the goods are not lost or misplaced.

Customers should take photos of the product and package before exchanging it. Storing images will help in better resolving any issues that may arise during the exchange process via shipping service.

Step 3: Review Product Condition and Confirm Exchange

After we receive and assess the returned goods from the customer, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product does not meet the exchange conditions:

If the exchange is not approved: Customer Support staff will inform you of the product condition and proceed with returning the package.

If the exchange is approved: Customer Support staff will assist you in ordering a new product and shipping it to your address.

(In the case of an exchange due to a product defect from the manufacturer or the Company, the Company will bear all shipping costs during the exchange process. In the case of an exchange not due to a product defect and not at the customer's request, the customer will bear all shipping costs for the exchanged goods.)

In all cases of complaints, the decision from NIKOLAS will be final.
